Many clients use this type of therapy to process life's ups and downs, enhance their mental wellness through goal setting and skill building, exploring challenging life events, and generally gain more insight into their own experiences.

  • The transition to adulthood can be both exciting and challenging. Moving away from home, navigating adult decisions, choosing a career path and partner, and managing shifting dynamics with family can make life feel scary and uncertain. We provide a supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals for your life.
