Rachel M. Menge, MSW, LCSW, PMH-C
I’m Rachel, the owner of Mind Made Well Counseling PLLC, and I am grateful you’re here.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who specializes in maternal and perinatal mental health. I work primarily with women who trying to conceive, expecting, or in the early years of parenting on a wide range of issues including perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, processing traumatic birthing experiences, and general adjustment to being a parent. I also work quite often with young adults who are transitioning to life on their own, persons recovering from psychological trauma, and persons experiencing more general anxiety, depression, or OCD symptoms.
I feel honored that you’re considering letting me help you (or your loved one) on your personal journey. I truly believe change is possible, that you can feel better, and that you can achieve your goals. I will work as hard as I can to help you achieve that, in whatever that means to you.
I know reaching out for help can be difficult when you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, other distressing emotions, or a difficult life transition. I have tools that can help, and I want to partner with you on your journey to wellness. Whether you attend a single session, a group series, or ongoing individual therapy, my approach is simple: We are a team, working together, with goal of helping you feel better.

Jessica L. Becker, MSW, LSW
Jessica L. Becker is a wonderful newer addition to the Mind Made Well team. Jessica has been a school social worker for over 10 years, and now specializes in perinatal mental health. What you’ll notice first about Jessica is her warmth. She is bright, down to Earth, and easy to talk to!
Jessica works primarily with women who trying to conceive, expecting, or in the early years of parenting on a wide range of issues including perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, processing traumatic birthing experiences, and general adjustment to being a parent. Jessica also offers a wealth of knowledge related to parenting and special needs parenting, and works with adults experiencing more generalized mood and anxiety disorders.
