Perinatal Mental Health: Supporting Your Emotional Well-being During Pregnancy and Postpartum
At my clinic, I understand the importance of supporting mothers during pregnancy and postpartum. I provide a safe, confidential, and supportive environment for women to address their emotional well-being. My services include individual counseling, support groups, and referrals to community resources.
I specialize in perinatal mental health and have experience in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mood disorders that may arise during pregnancy and postpartum. I use evidence-based treatments, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and mindfulness-based interventions.
I understand that seeking help can be daunting, but I want to assure you that I am here to support you. I am warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I will work collaboratively with you to develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your unique needs and goals.
If you are experiencing symptoms of perinatal mental health disorders or would like to learn more about how I can support you during pregnancy and postpartum, please schedule an appointment with me today. I am here to listen, support, and guide you through this transformative time in your life.
