Welcoming a new life into the world can be one of the most joyful experiences for a mother, but it can also come with a range of emotional challenges. Pregnancy and postpartum are times of immense physical, emotional, and social changes. During this time, women are susceptible to developing perinatal mental health disorders, such as depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). These disorders can affect not only the mother's mental health but also the health of the baby and the entire family.

At times, it can be challenging to recognize the symptoms of perinatal mental health disorders, as they can present differently from traditional mood disorders. However, seeking help is crucial for maintaining good mental health, and it is never too early or too late to do so.

At my clinic, I understand the importance of supporting mothers during pregnancy and postpartum. I provide a safe, confidential, and supportive environment for women to address their emotional well-being. My services include individual counseling, support groups, and referrals to community resources.

I specialize in perinatal mental health and have experience in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mood disorders that may arise during pregnancy and postpartum. I use evidence-based treatments, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and mindfulness-based interventions.
